    Lifting lifting and more lifting. Currently Sunday is team training, bench and then either squats or deads. Monday is bench and squats, Tuesday is deads and squats, Wednesday is bench and squats, Thursday is deads and squats, and Friday is bench and squats, with back work included every day.

    Recumbent bike, it's where I do most of my reading. I also do Yoga, Pilates, Tabata, and lifting weekly, but my favorite is the bike...
