57 year old female looking to loose last 10 lbs and needing help big time!

Would like to stop the evening stress snacking and reduce portion sizes. Any help would be appreciated!

    With only 10 pounds left to lose it sounds like you have already accomplished a lot! I find weighing snack items on a food scale then putting them in individual baggies helps me see exactly how much a serving size is. No kidding myself by taking a handful here and a handful there.

    Weighing all your foods helps control portion sizes too, don't you think?

  • 56 years old and I am also trying to lose the 10 pound that have crept up since I have moved in with my boyfriend and I am actually cooking! Let me know how you progress.
