Hey there I'm Jen :-)
Joined to stay motivated I have managed to loose weight already..in 4 years I have gone from a size 18 down to a 8 but over the last 6 months I lost my way and have gained and gone up to a big size 12...
I have a holiday in 3 months ( my first time leaving the country eeeek!!) So would like to loose as much as possible , I have set myself a meal plan
