Total Body Gym workouts

I just bought this total body gym. I wanted to know if anyone had any resources to share on how to use it. Ideally I would only need 10-20 min per day. I looked up videos on YouTube, but this one is a monomial gym and doesn't have a lot of extras. I especially want to work on legs and core.

    Return it. I had one of these - utterly useless for strength training OR cardio.

    If you want to work on legs & core, look into squats & deadlifts.
