Calculating body fat percentage, help!

So, I recently invested in a scale that also calculates bf % but I'm unsure of the accuracy of this, as other machines have given me different numbers and so have online calculators.

How do you calculate your BF % and is there a more accurate way of doing this? thanks for all replies.

I'm curious too - I tried these online calculators:

but each one gave me a different BF% number - and off by quite a bit from each other. I guess I need to just buy one of those caliper tools - I think that's most accurate.
