Winter blues, lacking consistency

I ended a 14 year relationship recently and am adjusting to a whole new life. I lost 26 pounds this year but have gained 4 back. I need some new friends in here to support my efforts as winter in Minnesota is very challenging. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I have a membership to a gym, just need to get in.

I think I am emotionally eating because of some loneliness. I have never done that well through the winter and want this one to go better than the last several. I am craving sweets or salty things.

Thanks in advance....

Feel free to add me as a friend and maybe we can figure something out! I've worked through my own emotional eating issues and have a TON of suggestions for ya! :)

In time, itll be warm again and your relationship will be a thing of the past. I find when im arguing with my guy or just not motivated in general, the best thing i can do is workout. Anything, even a you tube video. It gives me that little rush and i feel better about myself and life in general. Feel free to add me

I think I am anxious about the idea of intimacy with someone new. It has been about 6 years since I experienced that so I know it is like riding a bike and all. Just excited and scared all at the same time. My son, whom does not live with me bought the bag and it was either that or a pint of mint chip ice cream. I just want to change the behavior and be able to stop and feel or stop and look at other options.
