Peanu butter & Potassium

Does peanut butter have potassium in it and if so then why isn't it on the nutrition label?

    The u.s. gov does not requirement potassium to be on the labels.

    You can check the USDA website for generic nutrition information on peanut butter--If it does have potassium, it will be listed there. I checked--It says that 32 grams of smooth peanut butter contains about 208 milligrams of potassium in it.

    Thank you both for your help, I was wondering why they don't list potassium on peanut butter and now I know why. Again thank you both so much!
