Hey guys
Iv been trying to lose weight for about 7 months now n I lost weight but gained it all back.. The main thing that I'm having an issue with is night time eating.. I would wake up in the middle of the night and grab sum chips or a handful of buscuits.. I live with my family and have siblings so I can't just throw these things away.. Any tips and advise??
Please please help
Thank you

Either fit it in to your daily calorie and macronutrient goals, or don't do it.
It really is that simple. You choose whether to put the food in your mouth or not.0 -
Hi, also I have the exact same issue..night time, almost sleep-walking to that kitchen!! Thinking of half piece of toast..and marmalade or marmite..or a Satsuma/tangerine..as although a piece of fruit never seems enough, the other day, it was just perfect to my surprise!! Or train myself to just have a cup of tea or coffee only! G.Morning!!0
