Re-train your brain! This won't happen overnight but over the next few weeks - cut your sugar intake by 90% and carbs by 70% and you will be amazed at how healthy you feel and how the weight drops off. Doesn't mean you can never have sweets - you can! But once you my the switch you'll be amazed how you no longer crave them. I have 3 squares almost every day of 85% dark chocolate. I started with 55% didn't taste great BUT it was chocolate! Look this up - Sprouts - Colombian Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa Pieces. Sugar is 4! Add me as a friend0
