Hi everyone,
My name is Bella and I just found this group under the "Motivation" forums.
I'm really excited to get my body back where it was three years ago, so I want to be held accountable.
My goals are:
1. Stay under my calorie limit each day (1400 cal)
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes each day
3. Stay positive and motivated even if I feel like quitting!
I hope to lose 38 lbs in the course of the next year. Looking forward to this community!

Welcome here
And you can do it and you will lose whatever you wnat if you have the right start
Starting with your healthy food and daily exercise at least 30 mins a day even if you just walking
We all here have the same goal is to lose our weight
Believe me you will do it !!
