Hi I'm currently trying to get toned and shed a few pounds. I weigh around 129 I'm 5' 3 and really looking for a flat stomach. I just started the whole trying to eat right and working out lifestyle, so I'm sort of clueless on what excerises to do what foods to eat. So up for any new friends and advice. I'm also new to this app.
