help

Hi I find it hard staying within 1200 if anyone can help me that would great add me as friend or something x

    Perhaps instead of trying to get help maybe you need to figure out if 1200 is too low for you. You shouldn't feel like every day is a struggle. Is your goal set too aggressively? Set MFP to lose a little less per week and get more calories. Sure, you'll lose a little more slowly but if the difference means sticking with it or quitting, then slower is better. Conversely, you can choose to exercise more and get more calories.
