Feel like this is the millionth time, but I know I need to make a change. I'm 34, 5'6", and 210 lbs and still gaining. Got 80 lbs to lose. No kids yet -- hopefully in a few years (I'd like to be healthier first so my body with endure it better). I am interested in seeing what my body can really do, by getting fit and feeding it the right nutrients. I've realized I am what I eat, and that quick fixes aren't really quick or fixes at all. This will take dedication, a holistic approach, and going back to the basics of put healthy food in and work out to see the amazing potential of the human body. Haven't been too motivated, but realized there are so many out there like myself with common goals. Let's do this together? It's not about want anymore... it's about a mental change, with a new mantra - I know I can get fit.
