Hi everyone, would love to hear from any of you about what you do to keep motivated on the bad days. My 1st 30 days of eating correctly, logging everything and walking have given me a great start of losing 12.5lbs. Please come say hi and lets work this together

    Great job!! We will all have our good and bad days. Just hope the good out weigh the bad!! My motivation is to hopefully get off the medication for diabetes and high blood pressure. :) good luck on your journey!!
