I'm a 23 year old fitness addict - I don't have any weight to lose per se (maybe just lean out a little more!) but I'm using this app to track my daily food and exercise, and to stay accountable to myself. I'm also considering doing figure prep in the near future. Would love to add others who have similar goals and are at the same place as me! Xo
