    - boneless skinless chicken breasts
    - frozen veggies (preferably the "steam in bag" kind)
    - plain greek yogurt, no sugar added
    - Quaker Oatmeal
    - almond/coconut milk unsweetened
    - eggs
    - coffee
    - coconut sugar
    - bacon (REAL bacon... turkey bacon is NOT bacon)

And yes, other than a Brita water pitcher, *edit: protein powder, multivites, spices* I have nothing more, nothing less in my apartment. I find the simplicity has helped me a lot.

I believe I've mentioned this before, but with four teenage/adolescent (or nearly) athletic children, ALL THE THINGS are on my list. ALL. THE. THINGS.

My grocery bill makes me sad.

I'm about to settle (sadly) for some winter tomatoes to make sundried tomatoes with. Picking up some hot peppers to make spices with, some onions, and maybe a squash.

This reminds me of living at home, there isn't a single meal we all eat, so the shopping list was always massive.

We all eat a single meal about 5 times a week (supper, natch) but breakfast, lunches, snacks, etc... sometimes I swear my home is literally a black hole for food.

And forget leftovers, unless I happen to specifically make a giant batch of something like chili. I'd have to cook a HUGE meal to really get any sort of meaningful leftovers with the amount of food consumed here, lol.

    My staples;
steel cut oatmeal with flax added single serve packets
    plain Greek yogurt
frozen berry mix (I portion these out into 1/cup servings and top my oatmeal or yogurt)
    plain granola
    salad greens
cherry tomatoes (sad though they are this time of year here in the northeast)
    celery
    mini cucumbers
    mini bell peppers
    lemons/limes
    natural peanut butter
    low-cal whole wheat bread
    green tea bags
unsweetened iced balck or green tea
    mini Baby Bel light cheese
    clementines (love these!)
    grapes
    dark chocolate
    Kashi granola bars
    skim milk
    pork tenderloin
    ground turkey
    lean ground beef
    chicken breasts and thighs

I eat the same breakfast/lunch almost every weekday. I try to plan dinner in advance so I buy only what I need. I do have a 17-year old son, though, who gets frustrated sometimes with only having "healthy stuff" in the house. I tell him he can cut loose on the weekends he's with his dad. What's funny is that he's starting to puch his dad to cook more and healthier stuff so maybe I'm rubbing off on him.
