I am 53 year old man weighing 333 lbs I have been eating 1400 calories for 3 weeks while on a weight loss pill. I lost some weight initially then gained half back but have not lost anymore. I have now started walking and doing some weights.

To little your body may be in survival mode. I'd eat one big healthy meal & drink at least 1gallon of water to reset your matabalism. Then increase your caloric intake & make sure you get .5-1g of protein per pound of body weight. Incorporate strength training & work hard. If something feels wrong then it is, listen to your body & be good to it.0

Dr told me to eat 4 oz portions of protein and 1 cup of vegetables per meal. I have been eating more vegetables and a portion of fruit per day0

I started at 450lbs I have lost 129 lbs. I have been eating 2100 calories per day. Also I focus on macros which is the % of protein carbs and fat in your daily intake. My macro goal is 40/40/20. I think 1400 is way to low and you have likely slowed your metabolism. Feel free to add me for support. Also I would think about if you really want to take the diet pill.0
