1.5 months in and doing great!

Just wanted to introduce myself! I'm a 46 male that stated here the first of January and have already lost 25lbs!
I started at 397, this time! I've been over 400 and as low as 329 in the past! But have never counted calories!

I Have lost my cutting carbs, and or working out like a crazy person! Every time I lose in the past it seems to go great until I him some kind of a bump! Like an injury or a holiday! They inever seem to get back on track!
It was a real eye opener to log what I ate! Lol I could see where I gained from and where I was deficient!

Anyway, not to make this too long! I'm glad to be here with a lot of positive people who are on a similar journey!
