Hello,
I would like to get a piece of fitness equipment for my home. I'm looking for something for cardio purposes, something I can do while watching tv or that I can do while everyone is still asleep.
For those reasons, I would prefer to stay with a product that is quiet so treadmills are out. And of course, I would prefer it to be cheap and small.
This one, I tried at a friend's house, and it is indeed quiet:

Does anyone have any experience with this bike? What about a recumbent stationary bike? Would that be preferable for some reason?

I also enjoy the rowing machine, but I haven't seen one yet that the reviewers say is totally quiet

Elliptical would probably be the most quiet.

The rowing makes at my gym only make a fan noise on each stroke. I wouldn't think that would be too bad.
