Disappearing Act

Hello MFP Community,
I'm returning after being away too, too, long. My heaviest has been 185 and my lowest about 20+ years ago was 133. While I do not want to be 133 again, I would like to get to my goal weight (145) and maintain it. I'm older now, so that's easier said than done, but I ready to give it another shot! I am so ready to get fit and healthy!
I am coming off a 21 day fast with a weight lost of 10 pounds. My biggest problem seems to be establishing a regular exercise program. I know from experience that the exercise will excelerate the weight loss, but I don't seen to be able to get back on track. I don't love getting up early to exercise and get to work. Lunch time which I used to exercise, I choose to eat lunch and de-stress from work. Itell myself that I'm going exercise in the evening, but I'm so tired at the end of the day too want to work out.
Any suggestions are welcome!
