How is Sprouts' Bread So Low Calorie?

A few days ago, I bought a loaf of country white bread at sprouts. It was 120 calories per serving, with 7 servings in the loaf. the loaf was pretty big and I was surprised to find that it was only 840 calories total. Whenever I make bread at home, it is always at least 1200 calories, and that's just using water, flour, and yeast-and even then it's only just as large as this loaf I bought. How can Sprouts' bread possibly be so low calorie?

Air, probably. All of my home-baked breads are way more dense than store-bought.

Nowhere in the OP did I see a mention of any actual weights...

Sometimes they add low calorie fillers/fiber.

True - I'm too lazy to weigh bread.

The closest thing I could think of is something like a zucchini bread with egg whites, splenda, and applesauce. Google this "Zucchini Bread (Low Fat, Low Calorie) Goodness"
