does the app automatically adjust ur macros after u add a workout? I knew it readded ur calories back in once u enter a workout but did not know it would also adjust ur macros back up.

It confuses now cuz I don't know if I hit my macros or not?

Maybe I shouldn't track workouts? I did set my activity level to active to account for my workouts each week although I work a sedentary job. Advice??

It does if you count it all cardio. I have to log strength training under cardio or nothing changes.

Good to know. I will probably just skip tracking it all together. So I can keep track of my macros

So you're actually counting your activity twice. You have the option to cnahge the calories burned to 1, which will not affect your macros at all.

It does. I just ignore it and hit my daily unadjusted allotment.
