Hello cloudi2. I am under 2000 a day. Its very do able and not hard. I will be honest though at times I have gone over my cal. I think after a while your stomach starts to get smaller.

Our stomachs actually don't get smaller, we get used to eating that bit less so we feel satisfied/fuller.
We all need to find the number we can eat at to maintain our weight - that varies very much from person to person.
I'm very active so can maintain on higher cals for that reason despite my small stature and age.
