tech help please-mfp won't connect with garmin

Sorry.. I tried to post this in tech help, but I didn't have the authorization..

I know there have been ongoing issues with this, but I had mfp and my vivofit connected initially and they synced, slowly, but surely. Then they stopped syncing exercises all together (nothing since Feb 3). I disconnected them, logged out of both and tried to reconnect to see if it would help, but now they won't even connect at all. The garmin app/site opens when I ask mfp to connect to it then does nothing. Any advice on this? I am really trying to get it all together this time around the diet/exercise train, and I'm finding it frustrating when I have to go to different sites to see my data.
