I am a mother of 4 children and work for the Railways, so after 25 years my weight is not good.
In the last 7 months I have had a health scare with my heart and now awaiting an operation, but due to weight I have been advised to lose 6 stones. So hello, and help.
If anybody id from London / Essex and wish to become my friend to keep me on straight and narrow please do. I am shy in making friends, but then again it could because of my work and size.
But this will change, I have to goals lose weight, get fit, all before I turn 50 in 4 years time.
