Hiya,
I have noticed that this comes up within MFP with a number that changes daily. I have no idea what it means. Please can anyone explain for me? Thank you!

How many calories you are eating at a deficit underneath your weekly calorie goal.
For example.
If my calorie goal was 1400 per day, for the week (1400 x7) my weekly calorie goal would be 9,800.
If I ate at only 1200 calories a day for the week despite my goal- out of fluke or on purpose- (1200 x7) then I would only have ate 8,400 for the week.
I would therefore be under my calorie goal for the week by 1,400kcal.
I imagine some people use this number as an indicator how they are eating or if using a weekly weight loss aim to distribute calories differently. It also on my phone shows an 'average' of how much I am eating each day.
Hope this helps.

Also, the net calories is after any exercise calories are subtracted.0

Some people eat under some days and over on others and just try to meet their weekly goal, so it can be handy for that.0
