Cellulite

So what are your tips for reducing cellulite? I found that mine reduced greatly when I cut out cups of tea ( 1 sugar) and junky goods such as crisps and chocolate.

The fact I was running ( treadmill) a lot probably helped too with toning and making it less noticeable.

Lift weights, as it will help reduce the appearance.

I have awful cellulite, I'm 5'4 and 138 lbs but feel like I have the legs of someone much much larger! It's on the front and back of my legs and on my arms. My cellulite comes from my mum, thin skin and poor diet. I have recently started drinking 3 litres of water a day, cutting right back on salt and caffeine and doing an hour of cardio four times a week and it's looking so much better, might even wear a swim suit this year!

since I began regularly exercising, mainly running and strength training there has been a very noteable reduction in any cellulite I had, not gone completely but almost :)

Female fat cells are actually designed for a pre-disposition to cellulite, and unfortunately once it's there there's not much you can do to get rid of it. The main thing is reducing your body fat percentage, because that can reduce the appearance of cellulite. I've heard that ketogenic diets are good for women looking to lose body fat. That and strength training, running, and regular exercise in general could help.
