Does anyone have any suggestions or videos? I have had surgery on one and getting ready for surgery on the other, but I need some sort of cardio to get over this plateau. Help!?!?!

Rather depends on what the problem is that's leading to the need for surgery. I'd vaguely agree with the swimmning suggestion above, with the caveat that you're probably talking crawl or backstroke only. Breast stroke leads to an odd rotational twisting on the knees, so if you do want to try breast stroke then use a pullbuoy as well to isolate the legs.

Hand bike, and again subject to the problem a recumbent might be suitable.
