    Welcome back! I've been here off and on since June 2011, but have been more regular for the past 4 months or so. I have had a ton of weight loss struggles, but I have finally found something that works for me. I just hope it stays that way. I have found that counting calories and watching what I eat does help, along with exercising, which I tend to slack on. I have about 60 lbs until my goal weight, and it seems to be taking forever!
