The beggining of my journey to lose 30 Kg (66 lbs)

Hello, everyone!!!

I'm not gonna lie, this is the third time I do this... The first two times I started logging and three days later I got bored and stopped, however, I'm happy to say this time is different (3rd. time is the charm?)

And I'll tell you why this time is different, it's because I embraced a whole new life style, a healthy and happy one; the past two times were just about trying to get rid of all my overweight (30 Kg) as fast as possible with very minimal efforts, this time around, it's about being healthy, being active, having a support system and the weight will eventually start to come down.

Different from other times, I'm not obssessed about the scale now and it won't determinate my overall progress, like it did before; if I didn't see a dramatic change in a week, I would get discouraged a binge eat, because what was the point in not eating what I wanted it the scale didn't show anything?

I'm happy to inform that I've lost 4 Kg. in three weeks and I won't be using the scale again in a month or two... luckily I'll be back with more good news.

Thank you for listening to me rambling about myself and I'd be very happy to have lots of friends this time!! So, add me if you want to. :D
