Not getting there

Hi there fitfam,

Well... Everything started well at 83 kgs with the goal to get to 78/77 kgs in 12 weeks aiming to a 13% body fat.
At this stage I guess I am around 21% body fat.

I weight myself today and o weight 86kgs....nooooooooo

I have been following HIIT cardio training at the end of every session. I workout regularly 3 to 4 times per week and incorporate weights.

Lost weight around face, chest, back and upper abs but loosing the battle in the lower section.

Any ideas?
