24 or 36 inch foam roller?

I have just discovered the benefits of foam rolling and would love to give it a try. I have decided upon the j/fit High Density EVA roller from Amazon in blue, but am not sure which size. I would like to do full body rolling and wonder which size is best for me. I am 5'3 and husband is 5'10 and would like to share. Some reviews said 36" was too big but it seems to be the standard size. Anyone have experience with both? Any help would be appreciated.

Just get the 36" unless space is a premium. I doubt it matters at all.0

I use 24" and do full body it's fine.0

I use the 36" one, but you can probably do all the moves on either size. I was more concerned about density and making sure I got the hardest foam I could.0
