Played soccer yesterday and shoulders are killing me today, huh?

I mean yeah my calfs hurt a little bit, same with my thighs. But my shoulders, how does that make sense?!

Also, I do a lot of resistance exercise, I skipped yesterday because I played soccer and ontop of walking about 4-5miles I figured I might hurt my body but today my body is hurting so I don't want to push it. Should I alternate the days with soccer or keep them on the same day (when it happens)?
