Hey Everyone!!

Hi everyone! My name is Desiree. I'm 22 yrs old and I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. What made me decide to change my life around was after I graduated college. During my last year at school I turned 21, went through a horrible breakout, and on top of that I was soooo stressed and depressed. I went through college weighing 145 but on the day of graduation I ended up weighing 184 lbs. To this day I haven't ordered my graduation pictures because I hated that girl I seen. Graduation was supposed to be the happiest day of my life but my weight ruined it for me. So from that day I made a promise to myself that I would never let myself go like that again. During that summer I put myself on a 3 month plan. I stuck to it and even lost 20 lbs and have been able to keep it off since. After that I somewhat went back to my old ways so within these past few months I've been trying to get back on my way to reaching my goal of weighing 145 and my Ultimate goal weight of 135.
