My name is Felicia. I've had a myfitnesspal account for awhile but I'm just starting to take it seriously and utilize all the things it has to offer.

Before, I didn't believe in counting calories because I thought that as long as I felt good after eating, I shouldn't obsess. However, I'm starting to realize that I'm taking in a lot more calories into my body than I'm burning; Sometimes it's because the quality of food I'm eating and sometimes it's the amount of food I'm eating. Also, I've been finding myself binge eating and feeling soooo regretful afterwards . There's also the fact that I have not been working out lately and which I'm starting to fix. Exercising has so many benefits, especially in the morning! You are literally adding on more years and happiness to your life. I want to live a healthy and happy life and I'd love for you all to be a part of it.

I really believe in doing things in moderation, so, not over eating (which luckily I've fixed) and exercising throughout the day at my own time. If I can't do it all at once, I'll run for 10 mins in the morning, do a 5 min workout video in the afternoon, do 10 minutes of something else at night, just whatever I can squeeze into my busy schedule. I'm starting to love the myfitnesspal app for keeping me on track.

I've never had a virtual support system before but I think a community of complete strangers supporting and helping one another to be the best versions of themselves is something I want to be apart of! If you want a friend then you've got one!
