You don't have any lifting or cardio program?0

Well if you are trying to gain- and NOT doing any lifting- you're going to probably not be very happy- you're going to mostly be putting on fat.
If you are doing cardiovascular work it will mean you need to eat even more.
Might I recommend- oh hell I'm going to do it anyway.
Starting strength
Strong lifts
strong curves
new rules of lifting for women
in no particular order- research - pick one. do the things.

Scooby's calculator has you at 1537 to maintain.
Add 500 cals per day and you get 2037 which should give you your pound a week.
I would keep a close eye on things as you go up though, if you're not lifting, you'll end up laying down a lot of fat. It's not a great look. Learn to lift, you'll be so glad you did.
I gain at half a pound a week and fingers crossed half of THAT is muscle, and to do that I do 3x all over body heavy lifting sessions per week. I'm 5'7" and 127lb.
I've been 123lb and been wobbly with not much muscle. I didn't feel so good about my body then.0 -

Okay, thank you. I will make it a habit not just to add up calories but to visit the gym too.0 -

Guy was very well known in the internet world for a long time for putting out some real good info as well as some not so good. I think he succumbed to internet hacks or something that hacked and posted his personal info so he isn't as active now a days.
