I'm losing it!

Hi, my name is ehsan.it's my 20th day! And in that period i've lost 4 kg so far.at first it was hard but now it's very fun.i feel so powerfull now and have alot more energy.my advise: at least 2000 steps a day and eat lots of fruits.it's hard by possible.keep on rocking buddies
