In the final stretch of my weight loss goals. Need motivation to push through

I decided to make a change for the better in November of 2013 and decided that it was time for me to lose weight and get on the track to good health. Around 5 days a week for the past 16 months I have worked my butt off and as of this morning's weigh in I was 184.0lbs. I'm so close to reaching my goals and I need that last bit of push and motivation to cross that finish line. If there are any experienced people with similar success that can help keep me motivated in the final stretch I would really appreciate it if you would add me to help with accountability and make sure I see this through until the end.
