Getting back on track

Just recently separated from the military after 10yrs. I love fitness and eating proper to see what my body can achieve. I've lost track diet and I'm using this site to help me tracking my protein, fat, calorie, carb intake. Hopefully I can find some motivation here and meet other like minded people on this site.
