Time to strip that Fat ..

I've been lifting for a long time. Always was the skinny kid weighing at 80kgs standing at 6foot. But finally spoke to someone about gaining more muscle and chucking on the beef. Amazingly it took me around 6 months to reach 99.8kgs about 20kgs muscle and a bit of fat too lol! So now I'm currently weighing at 104kgs and standing at 6ft2 I want to at least maintain my weight cause I don't look fat. Only area I don't like is my mid section, gut and lower back. So starting new diet as of last week. Stripping down my fats and carbs. Adding in the extra cardio but try maintain the muscle mass. Lift heavy and maintain my weight. Kinda hard just thinking about it but isn't impossible. Anybody else in this phase or similar??
