plateau

Im Tia,
im struggling with my last 10 lbs. Please help I know I have to increase my cardio but what else can I do fast?

    Change up your workout routine, the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose and you have to be consistent and work even harder. Try doing HIIT cardio, say with a treadmill or eliptical, where you go hard for 2 mins walk for 2 mins etc as well as getting your strength training in. Also, not sure what your macros are like, but up your protien.. the leaner you get, the more protien you need, especially while lifting. Hope this helps.

    Also, to lose that last tricky weight, being really careful with your diet is a must. Even for a couple weeks, and then once youve lost it, you can maintain. Of course this is just what worked for me to break that last 10 lbs platuea, everyone is diff
  • Ok thanks, I definitely hv to get my cardio up. But I wasn't strict on what I ate. I go up and down weekly smh but im going to set a more strict routine. Thanks again!
