Check USS, canadian band but they have some awesome energy, they always get me pumped. Also some god smack, NIN, and every now and then I like alittle Rihanna and emiem.0

Anything by Pitbull. I love him! His music has great beat and for me it is easy to get lost in the song. Oh and I have been known to sing out loud. Lucky for me I was running outside and not at the gym.0

depends on if im listening on my phone (spotify) or on my ipod. on the phone i have more modern, mostly pop/dance stuff. on my ipod (which i usually use cause my phone likes to be troublesome) its mostly 80s 90s stuff with a few newer songs i liked enough to buy lol0

While working out, I usually listen to kpop, Korean pop music, it has a great energy to it and is super upbeat. Try listening to SNSD/Girls Generation (they also sing in English if you prefer that).0
