So Yummy!!! This ended up being 412 calories, mostly because I had to add the cheese :)

Romaine Lettuce - Lettuce (Net Carbs), 3 leaf 56g
Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted, 0.83 cup, chopped or diced
Wayne's Own - Carrots, Raw Matchstick, 1/4 cup
Nature Sweet - Grape Tomatoes, 6 tomatoes
Walmart Brand - shredded mexican cheese, 1/3 cup
Good Seasonings - Italian All Natural Salad Dressing Light Mix With Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp

I marinated some extra firm tofu cubes in soy sauce, ginger paste, sriracha, honey, and rice wine vinegar then baked at 400. Threw a boatload of kale and some mushrooms in a sautee pan with a bit of the marinade. Was pretty yummy, low cal, and high protein!

Steak, salad, cucumber and tomato salad, mashed sweet potatoes with peanut butter and marshmallow.... sounds gross as hell, I know, but, it's amazing.
  • Chicken with sautéed onions and steamed red cabbage with a side of mashed sweet potatoes.
