Need help staying motivated!!!

Hey:) I'm a 21 year old female at university and really need some help keeping motivated. I start everyday with good intentions but by the evening I'm usually busy and don't have time for exercise so I skip the gym and I have a t lot of trouble with binging at lots well. I have no self control! The only thing that seems to keep me on track is fear about people having to be weighed if I have a doctors appointment or if someone has made a comment about how fat I am. I'm 5'2 and 12 and a half stone. Does anyone have advise on what I can do to keep myself motivated?

    Look towards who u want to be overall at the end of the journey and not at who u are at the moment, then take it one day at time.

    You have to set priorities. Make it a priority in your life to set aside 20 minutes a day to do some type of exercise. Its doesn't have to be in a gym.
