Macros

hello. Just question on my macros. I'm 30 6ft started a month ago at 192. I'm now 182 when I awake in the morning and feeling great. I'm eating 2250 calories a day. 35p/45c/20f. Have been following it closely. I started at 20% body fat and my goal is to get down to 10%. I really want to get lean and around 175-180 lbs. I also work out 4-5 days a week and HIT cardio 2-3 days for 20-30 min. I weigh my food with digital scale and try to measure very accurately. Any tips for my goals would greatly be appreciated. I've been in to fitness since high school but recently started using the app and managing calories an macros thanks john
