Hello everyone! My name is Kati Kindschuh. I am 19 and am looking to become more serious about my eating habits and how I am fueling my body. I am an avid crossfitter and really have some high goals for myself in this sport. I currently am a freshman in college and successfully avoiding the freshman 15 :) Goals of mine are to become a more slim, lean athlete that still has explosiveness and power. I want to compete more in CrossFit events and become an elite athlete someday. Thanks for reading :)
