Running and Zumba

Recently hit my weight loss goal and am now in maintenance. I'm a FitBit flex user, like to run and love Zumba. Looking for more friends on here as well as Fitbit for motivation. I'm looking to improve my mileage for longer runs and get a bit faster. Right now a comfortable mile is about 13:30, 4.5 mph which is a steady jog for me. Any tips on building endurance are welcome. Also working on muscle toning. Feel free to add me on here and on Fitbit
