I've been trying to gain weight, I've been eating over 2,000 calories each day but I don't really know what else to do? I'll gain a few pounds and lose them again in no time. Any help? I'm 18, 5'1 and 90 pounds.

How much do you want to gain? Also, don't weigh yourself everyday, do that once a week, if no changes after a month, raise your total cal to 2,200/day and repeat. If that doesn't work, keep raising until it does. If you're doing cardio exercise you're burning calories which will prevent you from gaining.0

I'm trying to get to at least 105 lbs are there any other workouts that you would recommend instead of cardio?0

Absolutely! Weight lifting! I mean I wouldn't go insane with it, but do some good strength conditioning and training programs. You can also get into Crossfit, that's like the new fad, especially for women looking to gain strength and put on some lean mass.0

The first thing that needs to to successfully gain any weight is determine what your lean body wight is. The second take that much in protein and 3 time that in complex carbs. Leaving 15 to 20% for fat. Example 108 gram prot. 324 grams carbs.carbs and prot. = 1728+ 345 ( fat cal.)=2073 cal. + 500 cal for weight gain =2573÷5=514 cal. Per meal0
