Or if you make them differently every time, just weight/measure all the ingredients and log them individually - 50 grams banana, 34 grams strawberries, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, etc, etc. But if it's the same every time, then yeah, hit the recipe builder and save it, then you just log whatever you've titled the recipe, easy peasy.0

If you don't use the recipe builder, you need to enter each item individually.0

The recipe builder confuses me. It asks how many servings I usually don't know. I'm sure my portions are more than a portion or I wouldn't be fat needing to loose weight. Still I would like to be able to cook and keep an accurate count of my calories any suggestions0

Say 1 serving. If the calories seem a lot after adding all the ingredients, then change it to 2 servings, and drink only half the smoothie next time.
Its really just your own recipe so. Your serving is about the portion of the recipe you plan on eating/drinking.0 -
I hear about eating fresh fruit over canned fruit all of the time. That's well and good, but I will pop 4 or 5 large strawberries into my bullit, and WOW! That's a lot of sugar. I know it's better that popping a Snickers bar and has fiber and vitamins to boot. Nature doesn't create sugar free fruit, so I have had to limit my smoothies to 2 a week. I don't eat sugar after 4 PM because it triggers insomnia for me.0

There is nothing wrong with sugar
Buy frozen berries0 -
We drink green smoothies every morning but use different fruit each time. I made one recipe that had 4 servings, one of each fruit. Day-to-day calories may be a bit off, but over the course of 4 days, it'll be exact.0
