Does it matter when I eat my calories?

Will it make any difference if I eat all my calories throughout the day in 4-6 small meals or if I eat them in 2-3 meals in the day?

I feel like I'm eating "more" if I eat throughout the day rather than eating a few times and knowing I won't get to eat again for a while.

    Nope! Eat them whenever is most convenient for you. Meal timing doesn't matter.

    No. I just skipped breakfast for the firSt time yesterday and it was awesome. I had sooo many calories for dinner ! Lol

    It will not make a difference for weight loss, but may affect your sleep, training, energy levels, etc. So play around with what works best for you.

    you should try to eat at set times through the day , i think its better for your digestive system when you have a routine
